Rachel is a pre-licensed counselor and earned her Master’s of Science  in clinical mental health counseling from Wilmington University in 2024. With a previous career as a birth doula and in early education with children, Rachel enjoys working throughout the lifespan, with a special interest in working with emerging parents and adults, while still keeping her love for children. Rachel utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities, along with her belief in relational healing throughout her sessions.
